Steven Berman focuses his practice in the areas of Federal partnership and real estate taxation with a particular emphasis on low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, and New Markets Tax Credits. Steven’s practice focuses on the representation of both for-profit and non-profit real estate developers, tax credit equity investors and public housing authorities involved in real estate transactions involving the use of one or more of these Federal income tax credits.
