John Caddell represents for-profit and non-profit developers as well as tax credit investors in all aspects of affordable housing development and preservation transactions, which often involve a combination of low-income housing tax credits, tax-exempt or taxable bonds, other federal, state and local assistance, and conventional debt financing. He also frequently advises clients with respect to the acquisition, disposition and leasing of multifamily housing developments and other commercial properties.
