Rita focuses her practice on all aspects of affordable housing development and financing. She represents for-profit and non-profit developers, as well as tax credit investors, in affordable housing development and preservation transactions involving low income housing tax credits, bond financing, other federal, state and local assistance, and conventional debt financing.
