Kathryne's practice centers on affordable housing development and finance, assisting developers in an array of complex transactions. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Judicial Clerk in the Baltimore City Circuit Court. During law school, Kathryne worked with the Maryland General Assembly and the Baltimore County Office of Law's Real Estate Division, focusing on land use and development law and policy, and volunteered as an eviction prevention tenant advocate in the Baltimore City District Court.
